The Key to Solving Ops Challenges?

Alignment.

Alignment brings clarity and accountability. It’s the foundation for developing processes and standard operating procedures. It’s how roadmaps and teams are built.

It’s how organizations with high growth potential get to the next level.

And it’s often broken or missing.

As a fractional COO and ops consultant, I bring alignment, strategy and execution to help organizations solve operational challenges so they can do what they were meant to do: grow.

ABOUT

An Embedded Partner That Drive Outcomes

Disorganized workflows. Processes held together with duct tape. Confusion around roles and responsibilities. Knowledge silos. Misaligned expectations. Documentation that doesn’t exist.

These are the things that I love — and I’ve spent over 20 years helping organizations tackle them.

I cut my teeth in the systems design consulting world, managing engagements with Fortune 100 clients including Penske, Meta, Sanofi and Wells Fargo. My career then took me to leading operations at a pediatric health tech startup where I built out infrastructure, translated business goals and strategy into tactical execution plans, prioritized and allocated resources and, ultimately, offloaded countless ops responsibilities from our CEO.

Now I’m bringing all of my frontline experience to organizations I believe in.

I have a knack for listening with empathy and collaborating with leaders to diagnose situations, develop practical solutions, make decisions and achieve alignment across individuals, teams, departments and stakeholders.

I make it my mission to deeply understand your current state and where you want to go.

That’s how I design the path that gets us there.

SERVICES

Let’s Work How You Work

While there are frameworks to organizational alignment work, there is no playbook. No two cases are the same. Most often, though, I engage with organizations in one of three ways.
